Aromatherapy –Kind of Spa treatment

Aromatherapy is one of the Spa treatments which are a form of alternative medicine which is made from volatile plant materials and other compounds like aromatic which is used for the purpose of person’s health, mind and mood. These Volatile plant materials are also known as Essential oils. Example of this oil is Tea tree which have some microbial effects but still they are lacking in clinical treatments.

Aromatherapy is the treatment done in order to prevent diseases by the uses of essential oils. It also helps to reduce pain and anxiety among people along with energy improvement with relaxation. It’s also aid in hair loss prevention and reduction in eczema a kind of itching.

There are different modes of aromatherapy which includes Topical applications which is used for massage and skin care treatments. Direct inhalation is the other mode which helps in respiratory disinfections and decongestion and other problems related with psychological effects. Aerial diffusion is the last mode which is used for aerial disinfection and environment fragrance.

Aromatherapy has its two effects, one on brain and the other includes direct pharmacological effects of the essential oils. Aromatherapy does not cure diseases but provides natural way to cure the diseases. It also helps to improve Immune system of the body. Aromatherapy massage helps in keeping good mood and relaxation of the body.

The benefits of massage can also be taken in hot tubs like Jacuzzi (ג’קוזי) ,Spa pool (בריכות ספא) which are built for massaging purpose by inbuilt jets in it; people can enjoy the benefits of it by sitting long hours in it. While on the other hand they can cure some of the diseases by sitting in hot tub or Hot spring Spa which contains mineral water.
