How to use a Trampoline?

Trampoline (ג’קוזי לגינה) gives fun to everyone but there are some basic things which need to be followed while using a Trampoline. Trampoline is to have fun, entertainment and also some exercise. Believe me Exercise could be fun and also could be woeful because one wrong moment could give you an excruciating muscle pain. So, it is very important to do the exercises safely. Let’s talk about the topic. There are some primary and secondary precautions which need to be followed, some basic precautions are:

How many jumpers should jump at a time: Experts says that there should be only one jumper at a time but it depends on the size of the trampoline. If the Trampoline mat is big in size so two or three jumpers can jump together but, still I suggest only one person at a time.
Placement of trampoline: It is very dangerous to place a big trampoline under a low level ceiling. So, Decide according to the mat quality and size of the trampoline.
Take Training: Before using a trampoline you can go for short term training program which will give an idea about the different types of exercises and which exercise is the best for you.

Apart from all these, some instructions also need to be followed like: Appropriate clothing, Intensity of bouncing and so on.  Do not wear loose clothes while jumping on a trampoline; the right thing is to wear tight clothing while jumping. If you are going to start jumping on a trampoline do not start jumping high! Get a feel of the thing and slowly increase the intensity and reach peak performance.
